Efficiency and sustainability
The endothermic system generates heat from within the walls of the painting booths and is fully electric. This allows for direct heating of the surface, ensuring better drying, faster times, and lower operating costs.
Innovation
Unlike traditional systems that use an external burner to heat the air, the GENIUS kit heats the environment through panels applied to the walls of the booth. This process generates heat both during the painting phase and the drying phase.
Complete support
GENIUS is not just a drying system; it assists in all phases of processing. Thanks to an advanced management software, the system regulates the temperature of the panels throughout the entire work cycle. A simplified touch screen control panel guides the user through the phases of masking, paint preparation, base coat painting, base coat drying, clear coat painting, and clear coat drying.
Strength
The real strength of the GENIUS system lies in the drying phases. It is possible to bring the sheet metal to temperatures of 50/60 degrees without heating the air or using motors, thereby optimising energy efficiency and the quality of the final result.
